Vlog or the art of video blogging to reflect on your CAS experiences

Struggling to write down your reflection? Why not recording them?

If you do so, you have three options to share them with me:
  • You can then save them in your personal Dropbox folder (that you will share with me)
  • Upload them to Youtube (making sure that you edit the privacy settings so that only people with the link can view them)
  • Burn them on CDs or save them to a USB that will be kept in your portfolio
Below is an example of a video reflection that I monitored with a student that had just done a high ropes course 35 feet above the ground.
I asked him to return experience (the microscope), share his personal impressions (the mirror), and consider how his achievement could be broaden (the binoculars).

  1. Can we do the videos on our own or do you have to be the one interviewing us.

  2. Yes, you can do it yourself. The video above is just an example.
