A reminder that you are expected to have documented your
involvement by the end of the month.
Your portfolio (digital, paper, or both) should include the
following:
1. For each completed activity/project
- Approval form
- Reflection
- Evidence of involvement (photos, videos, certificate, log sheet, etc., newsletter article, etc.)
- Supervisor feedback
2. In addition to the above, you should submit
the related form for your collaborative project.
3. You also need to include a list of completed activities
4. And for the IB2s, an up-to-date
self-assessment form
