There's a growing number of Youtube videos featuring polyglots, but I question the extent to which these people master the languages they claim to be fluent in.
Learning and/or teaching a foreign language is nonetheless a great Creativity activity for a CAS student.
If you decide to accept the challenge (it is one!), bear in mind that you will:
- need an adult supervisor, possibly a speaker of the language
- submit evidence of your progress (assignments, recordings, etc.)
- reflect on your progress
